Ocean shipments update at each carrier milestone rather than continuously, so there can be gaps of a day or more between events at sea. Rest assured our team is monitoring the vessel in the background.

Double-check the format — our references start with “WPC” and end with “-CARGO”. If it still isn’t found, it may take a few hours to appear after booking. Contact your coordinator if the problem persists.

Lost or missing shipment?

If your shipment shows no movement past its estimated delivery, our claims team will investigate immediately and keep you updated until it’s resolved.
