Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and any licenses or certificates of origin the goods require. We’ll send you a lane-specific checklist before pickup.
That depends on the agreed Incoterms. We’ll confirm whether duties are prepaid (DDP) or collected from the consignee (DAP) at booking, and can advance duties on your behalf under most account plans.
